Vermont:

• Construction of 5 bedroom vacation home in Bondville.
• Complete remodel & addition to existing chalet style house to create energy efficient 3 bedroom ski house in Winhall.
• 10 acre land development for future 5 bedroom luxury vacation home in Stratton.

New York:

• Construction of multiple high-end residential dwellings in Westchester County. Size of buildings range from 3,800 square feet to 11,000 square feet.
• Construction of private compound with main residence, caretaker cottage, maintenance garage and stables in Amenia.
• Mold remediation at Mt. St. Vincent College in Bronx, NY.
• Several remediation & restoration projects in Yonkers and surrounding towns.
• Installation of 7 Cogeneration units (265 KW each) inside 4 high rise buildings in NYC.
